Description Primary Objective: Define and drive HR strategy for the Group and sustainable transformation within GHR Key Responsibilities: People Strategy: Translate RHB organizational strategy into overarching Group People Portfolio strategy and initiatives Creates HR strategic planning framework Build and develop RHB preferred employer brand Align strategy between all HR CoEs to ensure that group People Portfolio strategic objectives are achieved Analyse current HR service delivery model to ensure organizational and employee needs are met Impact : Design and implement improvement initiatives within Group People Portfolio that sustainably resolves critical issues and ensures effective delivery of HR services Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - . - . Strong understanding of E2E employee journey, value propositions, and needs and pain points of all people products and services. Strong analytical skills in using data to drive decisions and review effectiveness of strategy.
