Primary Objective:

Support Head, Customer Touch Points and Customer Engagement on Customer Touch Points and Community Engagement (Community Banking) related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate Community Day at region / branch level to increase market share for Group Retail Distribution\xe2\x80\x99s retail businesses.
  • Liaison person between Group Retail Distribution and internal stakeholders within Group Community Banking as well as from other SBS/SFS.
  • Plan and collaborate with RHB Academy, sales channel and product owner on sales staff development.
  • Liaison person between product owner, sales channel and CAD on leads centralization and effective tracking.
Requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of leadership experience in Retail banking, e.g. business development, sales & marketing, customer relationship management, customer experience, operations, product development, strategy & planning.
Other skills required:
  • Knowledgeable/ experienced in overall retail banking\xe2\x80\x99s sales distribution, products, operations, processes & customer experience management.
  • Good in interpersonal and negotiation skill with internal and external stakeholders
