Call customer for insurance and road tax renewal.
Suggest/promote car insurance and road tax package.
To retrieve important details from customer to generate quotations & to complete the sales process.
Replying emails & do follow up for any related documents.
Assist in customer inquiries and other related issues.
Job Requirements:
1 year or less of experience in sales and marketing.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Applicants who have experiences as inbound/outbound call center agents in insurance and banking industries are encouraged to apply.
Candidate must be able to converse and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate with strong marketing and sales skill are welcome to apply.
Basic salary + allowances + commission.
Training will be provided.
