Job Description
- To make call to our client customers to either promote / offer loans / provide solution
- To ensure that the information provided to customers are accurate and is compliance to the quality assurance requirements
- To key-in relevant information of the customers and their agreements products/offers into the system accurately
- To fulfill the daily, week and monthly KPIs
- To attend inbound call
