Job Description
Brighten Business Consulting Sdn Bhd is a digital marketing and manpower outsourcing service agency. Ours headquarter is in Hong Kong with branches & teammates in Malaysia, Taiwan, UK & Australia. Providing 15+ years of experience in marketing, business strategy & technology solutions, to global clients. Responsibilities:
- Issuing flight tickets and providing after-sales services such as ticket exchanges and refunds.
- Advising and assisting customers with amending discrepancies in bookings, such as incorrect names or dates.
- Monitoring the GDS queue on a daily basis to stay informed of messages from airlines, such as schedule changes or flight cancellations.
- Checking customer service-related systems and responding to customer inquiries to resolve issues.
- Proficient in a Global Distribution System (GDS), such as Travelport Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
- Preferably at least 1 year of customer service experience in a ticketing-related industry.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and Cantonese, as this role requires liaising with the Hong Kong team.
