Primary Objective:

• Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to teams
• Support Team Lead in day to day operational functionalities and tasks within the Section
• Comply to current standard operating procedures (SOP), policy and guidelines of the bank & stipulated by BNM/PayNet
• Ensure audit rating is satisfactory

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
• Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
• Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams
• Perform daily balancing and settlement for SST & Paynet products tally against bank\xe2\x80\x99s internal report
• Maintenance of SST cash excess/shortage & ATM Host time out registers and to investigate variances for customer\xe2\x80\x99s refund
• Recovery of SST & Paynet cash shortage due for reimbursement from Security firms/customer/other FIs within predefined SLA
• Reconciliation of GL are reconciled and accounted for
• Process daily cash collection order requests received for CIT vendors before cut-off time
• Monitoring ATM/CDM Transit for branches to establish root cause for branch rectification to avoid internal fraud
• Perform proactive investigation on variances identified
• Conduct Quarterly surprise cash checks and ensure GL amount at CIT vendor is reconciled an accounted for
• Process RPP/FPX refund
• Process Tax invoice for Paynet products
• NRR daily Checking
• Prepare Paynet weekly refund report, DD unsuccessful report
• Any other tasks as required or requested by the superior

Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Banking/Finance or related field
• Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in SST business, banking operations or customer service.
• Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions
• Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)
