• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must possess own transport and be able to travel when requested.
• Minimum of 2 years of F&B operations experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and training development software.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of executing the Tea Barista Modules, including an 11-day New Employee Orientation and Tea Barista Skill Assessment.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of training tools provided to the outlet team, such as SOPs, Operations Manuals, and SOP videos.
• Ensure the provision of accurate and up-to-date information and knowledge to the outlet team.
• Assist in the training and execution of new product launches (LTO) to ensure proper implementation in outlets.
• Help review training effectiveness, follow up on training outcomes, and conduct post-mortems to improve training process flow and methodology.
• Follow up to ensure all team members complete learning for new product launch topics in UMU.
• Conduct on-the-job training, assessments, area training, and practical training in outlets.
