Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related discipline. Professional qualification in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1 year of training & development experience in retail or similar industry.
Good presentation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
Digital learning knowledge, good analytical and organisational skills.
Availability to travel and visit our retail stores as needed.
Responsibilities
Conduct On-The-Job Training (OJT) for new joiners (orientation) and existing employees (re-skill/up-skill/career development)
Providing training contents, scripts, quiz or similar for online learning modules
Design, develop training manuals and execute learning activities to support Operations needs
Handle HRDF funds, training records, certificates issuance and similar
