\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsibility, authority develop, implement and maintain the quality system to meet requirement of MESTI, HALAL & JAKIM. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing halal application by apply new and renewal of halal certification for all products produced in the factory/premise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in setting up HALAL Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and to lead and handle HALAL internal and external audit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate with external quality assurance auditors. (eg Mesti,Jakim,Halal) \xe2\x80\xa2 To formulate and maintain an effective Quality Control System for improving product quality and standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Directly involve in upgrading and maintaining of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) according to quality standards and 5 principles of GMP. \xe2\x80\xa2 To evaluate, inspect and resolve in house quality issues. Organize and lead team discussions in quality improvement activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct inspection on incoming raw materials, packaging materials and ingredients to make sure all incoming materials are complied with the internal specification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct outgoing checking to make sure finished goods is in good condition before loading and the transporters are complied with company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products and materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare incoming, in process and outgoing inspection report. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure on hold or rejected goods are properly identified and segregate with rejection or on hold note. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and maintain halal/quality-controlled documents & create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure company staffs (operators) follow a code of hygiene during product handling. \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct a premise and equipment hygiene and cleanliness inspection at production area. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and manage maintenance schedule for Food Safety related activities such as pest control & calibration of equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Director\xe2\x80\x99s from time to time.
